Please be advised that the Town of Pelham will be upgrading the existing sanitary infrastructure to improve the capacity with the Station Street Reconstruction from HWY 20 E to Port Robinson Road.
This contract will be carried out for the Town by Centennial Construction. The contract administrator for the project, who will also carry out full-time project inspection on behalf of the Town, is Kerry T. Howe Engineering LTD.
Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin on June 1, 2026, and will be substantially complete by September 30, 2026, weather permitting. The remaining work will be completed on November 30, 2026.

Temporary Road Closure: Pelham Town Square under the Arches
The Town of Pelham's regular council meeting was held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers at the Pelham Municipal Building at 20 Pelham Town Hall.
Pelham Town Hall will be temporarily closed to the public.
In observance of the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two Spirit Peoples, the flags in the Town of Pelham have been lowered to half-mast and will remain lowered until May 6, 2026.
Temporary Road Closure: Sulphur Springs Drive on May 7, 2026
The Town of Pelham is partnering with the YMCA of Niagara Welland location to allow the Pelham Penguins competitive swim team to continue for the 2026 season while the Town’s outdoor pool is temporarily closed for renovations.
